Change Study Roles selection to multiselect #441

If you want to add another study member to the current study, you can only select one specific role. It should be possible to select 1 or more roles for a study member. This should be possible if you add a new person or if you want to edit the role of a person. Change the DropDown to a MultiSelect component.
