[FP-1567] Bars blinking in Flows when adding a node with screen resolution of 1862*972 #131

Issue Description

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install movai-flow in a screen resolution 1892*972(several other resolutions were attempted and issue did not occur)
  2. Open IDE
  3. Create new Flow
  4. Click in the + icon to add a Node or Flow

Actual Behaviour

Main bar and Nodes bar are constantly blinking

Expected Behaviour

Elements are well visualize in the page
