Disabling Parameter of a Node, breaks the node - never runs #165

Issue Description

If i disable the parameter remap from the ignition_parameter_bridge, the node fails to run completely.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. open ignition_sim_base flow
  2. add a start link
  3. disable the remap parameter of the node clock.
  4. Press Launch.

Actual Behaviour

clock node never runs

Expected Behaviour

clock node should run
