Add a button in the Local tab to starts an empty world paused where the user can add models, assets and robots, then save it to be used in a simulation.

Tested working. Is it possible to add a world with a floor at the start? Since all the stuff I'm adding is going through the floor basically. If it's the standard, then we can leave as it is.
