Remove two auto-generated files. #139

When one follows the build instructions, and performs autoreconf -vif, these two files are always clobbered with a different version. That is, they are auto-generated. The clobbered version always shows up during a git diff, and always requires a tedious git checkout to avoid accidentally incorporating the wrong versiion of these files into any/every git commit. It just makes git commit unpleasant and tedious.

Meanwhile, these files do not appear to provide any utility to any off-the-street user, since .. they are autogenerated, anyway. So just remove them.

@rekado please take a look at this. We'd previously argued about this on #76 and #80, and this remains an open issue. I still think that removing these files is the correct thing to do.
