Expand annotation service to include GO and Protein annotation

This PR adds the functionality to annotate GO and Protein inputs as described in #192 . In addition, it contains the following changes:

• Adds Gene and protein level annotation
• Fixes parser bug that didn't add multiple groups to nodes
• Fix deadlock issue between fibers
