GraphicsServices private framework for IOS7 which is almost empty #1

As title, may I ask what is the reason? I saw all the other private framework have all the necessary header file.

And if you say it is the same as IOS6, I found out it has been changed, functions like GSCopyPurpleNamedPort is not working in IOS 7 anymore.
