Update plot_mass_balance.py to use new land ice mass budget components #464

Update plot_mass_balance.py to use new mass budget components introduced in MALI-Dev PR 38. It now uses globalStats.nc to plot global, grounded, and floating time-step-wise mass budgets, cumulative mass budgets, and both relative and absolute error to ensure that budgets close.

As of commit 3c4ba20b1f8c3474ef01411a0a59876bc4dcd107, grounded and floating budgets don't yet fully close, but this is an illustration of the output of plot_mass_balance.py: image

@xylar, this is required for some MALI updates that I'm still planning to complete, so it will move ahead relatively soon.
