Added bgc/aerosol standard test. #1525

New configuration "standard_bgc" added. Runs with testsuite.standard_bgc.xml. Note: Vertical bgc and aerosols are on but without biophysical feedbacks, so physics should be BFB with standard_physics. Aerosol streams "StandardAerosolsInput and ModalAerosolsInput" are needed in the domain directory to run this test.
