This PR slightly modifies the input to the column BGC to allow for a switch between biotic (the current hard-wired default) and abiotic formulations for the alternate DIC field. It also adds the ability to pass the co2 flux from the standard DIC field to the coupler by averaging it every timestep just like all of the other fields that MPAS-O passes to the coupler.
The code has been tested in E3SM and is functioning as designed.
