Update to latest alphaBetaLab with some dependency fixes.

[x] Document (in a comment titled Testing in this PR) any testing that was used to verify the changes

I was able to create a new compass environment using the --with_alphabetalab flag and these changes.

I also ran:

cd alphaBetaLab
pytest test/test*.py

and all 112 tests passed.
