How can i set the right center, the right zoom and max extent in openlayer map showed in scenario/add and in scenario details? schermata 05-2456419 alle 00 33 38

I check now what's the correct bbox (whit Riccardo #4). Meanwhile I play with the parameters "maxExtent", "maxScale", "minScale"
