Add actor

1. In section "Actor list" add the possibility to add new actor
2. In section "Actor" add possibility to add new actor with new icon

In Actor List i can't add a link new actor because the Actor entity requires a Scenario Foreign Key. If i want to add an actor i need to select the scenario first. If you want I can add another step after the link add actor where users must select a specific scenario. What do you think?

nella sezione Actors : c'e' la stringa Actors list ; se aggiungi una strinda Add new Actors e questa richiede di scegliero lo scenario a cui aggiungere il nuovo attore e tutti gli altri campi ...

Lo stesso, una volta entrato nella lista degli attori si potrebbe aggiungere una stringa cliccabile Add new Actors in fondo alla lista e comportarsi come sopra richiedendo lo scenario a cui assegnare l'attore.

In questo modo in molti punti dell'applicazionwe posso aggiungere nuovi attori (e' un miglioramento che semplifica ma non indisponsabile)
