What does this add/fix?

Updates the following management packs: SCOM.Management by Kevin Holman OpsLogix.IMP.Ping by OpsLogix Microsoft.SQLServer.RunAs.Addendum.Library by Kevin Holman

Adds a new management pack to the repository: Server.Pending.Restart by Apajove

Does this close any currently open issues?
