rename local sign-up for accounts (https://edmond.mpdl.mpg.de/loginpage.xhtml?redirectPage=dataverse.xhtml) from "Sign-up for a Dataverse account" towards "Sign-up for a local Edmond account"

All references to Dataverse accounts were replaced with references to Edmond accounts. Bundle tests have been updated for this.
