Common Encryption should define brands for its features #71

Amd1 of the 3rd edition defines senc v1 but there is no way to know from a brand definition that a file uses it. Common Encryption should defined brands for that. Related to https://github.com/AOMediaCodec/av1-isobmff/issues/122
