Generalize usage of `as_topy` #2

I exposed all kw args from bpdual in as_topy. Can we also discuss renaming as_topy please? It needs a more descriptive name.

Agreed — as_topy is pretty terrible. Shall we just call it homotopy?

@tinatorabi -- can you double-check, merge and then implement the new ASPHomotopy return type that we discussed? After that, I think some decent documentation and we should then just go ahead and register a version 0.0.1 so we can start testing more broadly with rigorous version control.
