'Save to' gives bad filenames when data was loaded from tomotwin clustering #47

When you loaded a picking result from tomotwin (.tloc) and want to save it, it gives bad filenames like '*.coords' .

I think the proper solution would the name it like the layer?

Can you @mstabrin help me here?
