Methylation call data type #130

.cpg.filtered.HCG.bed .cpg.filtered.CG.bed

are neither peak nor signal. They are bed files with methylation information

I know. I already explained to you that the 'signal' and 'peak' data types are denominations that we use to define how the data is stored in DeepBlue.

While signal data means contiguous (small) regions with well defined side and steps, the peaks are (usually) larger regions that are not contiguous.
