select_genes and list_genes should match gene names exactly #151

Currently, select_genes and list_genes also accept partial matches of the query genes. For example, in use case 3 of the R package we ask for a list of genes:

CCR1, CD164, CD1D, CD2, CD34, CD3G, CD44

What we get are all of the following genes: CD2 CD244 CD247 CD34 CD44 CD3G C2CD2L CD27 ABCD2 WSCD2 CD2BP2 TLCD2 CCR10 SMARCD2 CD226 PDCD2L CD28 C2CD2 FANCD2 FANCD2OS CD200 CD200R1L CD200R1 HACD2 PTCD2 NUDCD2 CD2AP CD164 PDCD2 CD274 BICD2 SAPCD2

From the user perspective, this is certainly unexpected and not desired.

It is the right behavior.

It is expected a regular expression to select the gene expressions.
