Re-use the same request_id for the same query id #23

Decided not to implement it.

Reason: User did query Q and request R. After, the user upload a new data, that must be accessed by the query Q. If this functionality be implemented, the user will not get the new data, but the cached data.

DeepBlue will search for the requests that were made, but will reuse the same ID if it was made in less than one minute ago.
