Create a command line parameter to specify the request_max_memory

The parsing is made at https://github.com/MPIIComputationalEpigenetics/DeepBlue/blob/master/server/src/main.cpp

and the value may be stored at https://github.com/MPIIComputationalEpigenetics/DeepBlue/blob/master/server/src/dba/config.hpp
