Implement @GENE("gene_set_name") metafield for upload data #61

When the @GENE("gene_set_name") metafield is used in the upload, the input gene name is translated to the genomic coordinates

This command is very useful now, but it is also cumbersome to implement. We have others priorities.

So.. removed from the DeepBlue Genes milestone
