Pipeline crashes when `gene_fitness = false` because it tries to generate fitness report #25

Description of the bug

toggle gene_fitness = false should prevent calculation of fitness scores
currently it still calculates fitness using Mageck and then fails when trying to make a fitness report
should not do any of those two
include if clause to prevent all fitness calculation and reporting

Error in `select()`:
  ! Can't subset columns that don't exist.
  ✖ Column `sgRNA_target` doesn't exist.
