Description of feature

currently no container available, user needs to have a local R installation with required packages
add singularity container via GH packages API

@ute-hoffmann this feature would be interesting fo you as soon as I implement it. You had trouble with modules that have no container available, but now they can be easily deposited on github so this is on the todo list
