Create admin page where you can view all of the logs and errors that have occurred

Table structure

Autonumber FK, Username, Date, ERRMSG

Stuff to log

Errors
Information out of date
Critical System failures
Exceptions

Maybe in the future, right now we meet requirements and need to focus on existing pages and bugs
