Related to #55

Initial draft plan is to include the following tasks for each release:

TT (Tranlation task): at least one new function to be translated related to #55 (this also includes (in)formal description)
A2LoDT (Adjustment 2 level of details task): at least one older function to be adjusted to the level of details concept

Further tasks to be distributed among future versions:

Making the library adoptable to Agents.jl (started #52) / utilising Agents.jl
Code re-organisation & improvement, see #50 (this is partially accomplished via version 0.1.* & #34 V0.3.2)
Optional: efficiency of simulation (#31)
