In current release V0.1, the code desires some logical re-structuring

there are separate source files related to parameters and data
the demography directory is subject to improvement. It makes sense:
- if for instance pure demographic-related issues are implemented associated with other directory for economy
- or no demography and economy modules

Partially resolved in Version 0.1.2

re-organizing Constants within module (to make them internally accessible with relative paths)
reorganzing data parameters within ParamTypes
adjusting reading and loading parameters Overall this further simplifies the usage of the library as correspondingly shown in LPM version 0.1.2

Related to this issue is the re-organization of the module Utilities. It is currently a stand-alone module. Desired is to

place it within SE libraries as a hint that it is internally used within the library (or external usage related to SE)
remove SE-unrelated stuffs to the simulation package if needed

Whether to decompose the code into demographic and economic parts is left for now and this shall be further to better justification as the translation progresses.
