Hi @vkhodygo, after a lot of headaches I finally have this running from the root folder of simpaths_parallel it should be now runnable as Rscript R/convert_parquet.R on SimPaths outputs. These columns have changed in latest releases, have updated for variable type and order.
One small thing to note, as more SimPaths columns get added that would mean constantly updating this schema. I'm not sure if there's another way?
