issue with traits: ieu-a-1185, ieu-a-1186, ieu-a-1188, ieu-a-803 and ieu-a-1183 #221

Hello,

I have run some MR analyses on a number of psychiatric traits smoothly using the latest version of TwoSampleMR (thanks!), however I now need to re-run some analyses and I am having issues to acces the following traits: ieu-a-1185, ieu-a-1186, ieu-a-1188, ieu-a-803 and ieu-a-1183. I wonder whether they have been removed for any particular reason or whether there may be an issue with the conexion.

Hi Maria

We've had to temporarily take down some studies that were derived from the PGC consortium, which is probably the reason for your problem. We should however be restoring access to those traits in the near future but it could be a few weeks. I'm really sorry about that. If your need is really urgent you could probably download the summary data for those traits directly from the PGC consortium and then run the TwoSampleMR package on those data on your local machine.

Yes, I think I will do that.

Also, I noticed that the dataset you had for ADHD (ieu-a-1183), although in the database said European ancestry it included a small set of Chinese individuals, there should also be available from PGC a slightly smaller set with results just for Europeans.
