Import the magrittr pipe #81

The magrittr pipe was not imported (I'm surprised CRAN checks didn't find this out), leading to the error reported in the issue linked below (I think most users haven't stumbled on this because TwoSampleMR imports the pipe and they'd have been using this through that).

This warrants a new release to CRAN.
