From yesterday, I countered an issue with the ieugwas API dataset, the error in the R log showed “ Error in clumping step: The query to MR-Base exceeded 300 seconds and timed out. Please simplify the query” , and when I tried to login the openGWAS api account to check my token status, the website showed as “Error 400: Access blocked: MR Base’s request is invalid.”
Anybody ever met this issue and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
