Current usage rule? #16

Hi @mcgml,

Just need to confirm with you about the current usage of the qc report in the deployment of the upload pipeline. Is this repo cloned directly with its master branch by default, or with a different branch, or as git submodule, etc. ?

I finally have time to properly update the qc report code, and just need to check with you first to avoid breaking things.

Currently using master branch commit 1ef1d2e07852d5f758609dccbebbc3eef7c279ea here: https://github.com/MRCIEU/mr-base-api/blob/a01b5a5c9d4728cc68bcb8e59f978ef641ffb4bb/app/resources/workflow/qc.wdl#L186

Thanks. It looks like it is auto checked-out to a specific commit regardless of the cloned HEAD and branch? Anyways I won't be touching the master branch anytime soon and will let you know when I need to.
