Output flag leads to missing metadata files #22

If the input file is /input_dir/<ID>.vcf.gz then expect the clump.txt and ldsc.txt.log files to also be in that directory. Currently the script is expecting those files to be in the output directory. if --output_dir is not specified that is fine, but if it is specified then crashes.
