Verify effect allele by comparing effect allele frequency with population reference frequency #28

  1. Obtain a set of common rsids (e.g. 500) with frequency 0.1 < p < 0.3 for each super population.
  2. Compare the stated effect allele frequency of the study against the reference frequencies. e.g. create a scatter plot

If the scatter plot shows an inverse relationship then suggests that the stated effect allele is wrong
