Request for addition of new summary statistics to MRC IEU OpenGWAS database #25

Hello,

I would like to request for the addition of new summary statistics to the MRC IEU OpenGWAS database. The current GLGC lipid summary statistics are from 2013, and there are new summary statistics from 2021 here: http://csg.sph.umich.edu/willer/public/glgc-lipids2021/.

In http://csg.sph.umich.edu/willer/public/glgc-lipids2021/results/ancestry_specific/:

  1. nonFinnish_only_HDL_INV_EUR_HRC_1KGP3_others_ALL.meta.singlevar.results.gz
