VCFs missing for some open-source GWAS #38

Hi there,

Thanks for the awesome resource!

I've noticed there's at least several GWAS that (I believe) should be open-source but nevertheless are missing the VCF files on OpenGWAS.

For example:

ebi-a-GCST90013429

ebi-a-GCST90013405

General point: GWAS Catalog

I'd expect that all of the full GWAS sumstats available on GWAS Catalog would also be available on OpenGWAS: http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/gwas/summary_statistics/harmonised_list.txt
