I would like to bring this in your notice that (average acceleration) GWAS summary stats available at MR-base seem incorrect. Its MR-base id is "ebi-a-GCST006099". This GWAS was published by Klimentidis YC et al. In the paper, authors have reported 2 GWS SNPs but the dataset at MR-base has 9 SNPs at p<5*10^-8. One of the two SNPs reported in the paper is also missing. Furthermore, the summary results of the 2 SNPs reported in paper are different to MR base.
Could you please check with the person who uploaded the results and if possible please let me know as well. Thank you.

Would you please check that the source of the data is correct? If it is correct then we may have made a mistake in importing it to OpenGWAS. But if it is incorrect then EBI needs to be informed, and once they correct it we can import the corrected version.
One of the GWAS SNP rs59499656 is available in both GWAS-catalog and MR-base, however stats are different and second GWS SNP rs55657917 is only available in GWAS catalog.
