Remove IFormTemplate #111

Also updated nuget versions in packages.config. There was a version mismatch for some libraries in tests and in the library.

Thanks very much for this. I've merged, bumped the major version (since this is a breaking change), updated the BREAKING_CHANGES file and updated the code snippets in the wiki. I haven't released to nuget yet since I don't see the point until other functionality is in the release as well (unless you need this urgently?).

Nope. I think I have another breaking change in my "partial for list" implementation.
