Update compatibility information with version 23 R2.1

Proposed change

The compatibility table has been updated with information obtained by running the unit tests on OpticStudio 2023 R2.01. This was requested by a community member at the Zemax forum: https://community.zemax.com/zos-api-12/zospy-v1-0-0-is-out-4079?postid=14332#post14332
