Sync-Limit after ~ 15 Filter #33

After ~15 Filter (depends on the Filter) Chrome won't allow Sync them. Which leads to the removal of any new Filter (or change on the old ones) if the Chrome Sync Feature is enabled.

This is a Chrome Quota and i don't think i can do much about that, but i may be able to arrange the Data a little different when i save it to the Cloud.

Another Option is to use the Github Sync Method ( #37 ) It isn't a active sync, but it works for large files.
