dependency on system_modes points to ros2_planning_system repo #18

The repo name in this dependency is misleading and can produce undesired conflict names, e.g. if you have https://github.com/micro-ROS/system_modes in your ws

I guess that dependency is not related to the Bosch's system_modes I propose to rename that dependency to ros2_planning_system I will create a pull request if you agree @jginesclavero @lbajo @fmrico
