Rm lifecycle manager #39

This PR removes the lifecycle manager component following the recommendations of @chcorbato in https://github.com/MROS-RobMoSys-ITP/Pilot-URJC/pull/36. I have replaced it with launch actions (as @norro suggested) that set the nodes in a configured state.
