Useful when want to bring up agent in another launch file without making a mess of the terminal

@jsongCMU I dont think we need this after https://github.com/MRSD-Team-RoboSAR/robosar_agent_bringup/pull/21

agent output is now redirected to logfiles, not the console, closing this, please reopen if I am wrong.
