I did some housekeeping and learned a bit more about how PreTeXt is structured, particularly referring to this sample book. I also confirmed that the glossary is a manual endeavour with no links to the elements.
I made the unilateral decision to rename this to "Foundations of Python Programming: Functions First". When we publish with Runestone it will be publically available, so I figured something a bit more general than the "MRU COMP 1701 textbook" would be appropriate. Feel free to argue.
