Bug (?) in section 13.13

In section 13.13 (Defining Your Own Classes - Chapter Assessment) none of the exercises appear in the assignments tab.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the instructor's page.
2. Click on the Assignments tab
3. Click on Problems to see all the available problems.
4. Open the Defining Your Own Classes chapter
5. Note that there is nothing in the last section, Chapter Assessment.

Expected behavior I would expect that the 3 Checkpoint exercises in that section would be displayed.

The question mark in the title is meant to indicate that perhaps I'm misunderstanding something, and maybe this is expected behavior.
