Out of memory for Decrypted Buffer #101

What IOS did you use?
The default (36?)

What is the first 4 digits of your Wii's Serial Number?
Can't check right now, but it's 4.3U softmodded Wii.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to install Weather Channel (NA/U) from NUS.

What is the expected output?
Channel installs successfully.

What do you see instead?
"Out of memory for Decrypted Buffer" error. Other channels install fine.

Please provide any additional information below.
Encountered with dop-mii v16, so I'm opening a new ticket per issue #42.
