What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ran Dop-Mii. Could not install IOS62 and/or the Wii U transfer channel.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to do so.

From what I can see in the source code, the titles.xml file needs to be
updated, and a new build should be generated.
