QA on Opera

I'm not even sure if we work on Opera; not sure if that will be a supported
browser but this bug tracks testing on that platform.

What is it QA ?
What do you want test :
- SVGWeb demo ? SVG suite 1.1 ? both ?
- other ?
- in the native mode ? in Flash mode ? both ?
- all  combinations ? ;-)

Thanks blr. Test both Flash and native mode for the following:

* tests/browser-tests/test_js1.html
* tests/browser-tests/test_js2.html
* samples/javascript-samples/* (everything except for svg_dynamic.html which 
doesn't
work anywhere yet)
* samples/demo.html (run through the samples known to work; make sure to have 
the
latest demo.html updates which are in Subversion but aren't yet available in 
the ZIP
file download yet)

These are basically the files we like to hit to make sure things are working
correctly. You can quickly force the Flash or native renderer by adding
?svg.render.forceflash=true or ?svg.render.forceflash=false

Just tested the unit tests in Opera 10/Mac OS X. They fail in both native and 
flash mode.

Fixes in r1151 through r1154.
Opera now passes all enabled tests except one in test_js2.html.
