In SVG:ellipse/circle is not visibile in IE using svgweb code with javascripts #609

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.working fine in Mozila firefox and chrome but not partially running in IE and 
ellipse is not getting visible even svgweb plugin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ans: should be run in IE with all svg element like ellipse,circle etc...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system,
browser, and version of Flash?
Ans:IE-8,Win-2003

Please find the code of svg which is not working correctly in internet 
explorer(i.e. ellipse is not visble)
